Our This Thing Of Ours graphic tee is inspired by La Costra Nostra with a Los Angeles twist. Although we didnt grow up with New York mobsters wearing suits between the 1930s-1940s alot of Black, Hispanic, and Filipino youth would wear oversized suits. In June 1943 a group of sailors terrorized the streets of Los Angeles for five days targeting any youth wearing a Zoot Suit on. The violence is depicted in the opening scene in one of the most famous Gang culture movie of all time "American Me"
